How
do I get Started? |
1)
Select the "New User" option from the main menu
a) In the drop-down option box make sure "Individual Registration"
is selected
b) Select the type of registration that applies and then Click
on the "Register Me" button
c) Complete the Individual Registration form and select the
"Register me" button [Be sure to write down your
User Name and Password in case you forget
it]
2) As soon as your credit information clears, you should be able to login
from the Chapters Menu

What
options do I have for working the tutors? |
You
have these options:
Appetizers-- Menu Item 1 contains drills 1, 2, and 3. These
are free, there is no charge. We offer these to give you an idea of what
they are and how they work. (Note: Drill #1 is not interactive, it just
provides important information.)
Daily Buffet-- Here you can select from Menu Items 2, 3,
4, 5, and 6. There are 4 to 5 interactive drills in EACH menu item. An individual
menu item (consisting of 4 to 5 drills) costs only $4 and allows you 30
days to complete them. You may add as many menu items as you want, working
them in succession or at the same time.
Full Meal Deal-- If you select this option you get all menu
items (29 drills) and 90 days to complete them for only $12 (about 45 cents
per drill).

How
long does my subscription last? |
|
It depends on what option you choose. If you select from the Daily Buffet
each Menu Item (consisting of 4 to 5 interactive drills) allows you 30 days.
If, however, you select the Full Meal Deal you will have 90 days to work
all 29 drills |

What
is the best subscription option? |
The
most cost efficient option is to select the Full Meal Deal for $12 which
gives you 90 days to work all 29 drills. This gives you time to go back
as often as you like to rework and review.
If, however, you are only having difficulty with a few select concepts,
you can pick the specific Menu Item(s) that contain the drill(s) you need
and they only cost $3 each.

Can
I sign up for more than one set of drills at-a-time? |
Yes!
You can subscribe to one or as many as you want but you will need to sign
up with a different User Name each time.

Is
there somewhere I can review each concept before I start on a drill? |
Yes!
We provide a short review for each drill. From the drill page select, "Review
Explanation."

| 7)
Can
the drills I've completed be saved? |
Yes!
Each interactive drill allows you to "Save Result and Exit." Your
correct and attempted totals will be saved to an online database. Future
results from working the same drills will be added to your previous saved
totals.

Can
I start a drill over if I mess up? |
Yes!
On the drill page there is an option, "Toss Out Grade---Start Over."
When this is selected all of your current work is deleted. Selecting this
option won't affect work done before your current session and already saved
in the online database.

Can
I get a printout of my results? |
Yes!
At the top of the Chapters Menu select the “View and Print Complete
Results” and you will be able to access your results and print them
out.

Can
I get a refund if I drop my class? |
No!
We have no procedure for refunding subscriptions but you will be able to
continue to access the drills until your subscription expires.
